Brief description of the company
Prudential Financial Inc., is one of the world’s biggest financial services institution. It provides a wide range of financial services, mainly on insurance, investments and asset managment.
The challenge
Prudential needed to design and implement an intranet web page for the company in Argentina.
The main goal was to have a common work-space where the company could share information for employees without using emails or making telephone calls to the different departments sometimes located in different cities.
The solution have to had a friendly site where the employees could had access to their benefits, read about events, etc. and a site where they could do colaborative work.
Solution
Hexacta designed, developed and implemented the intranet for the company.
The site was build considering two products: one for managing contents and another for managing documents.
It included an area for HR information and marketing where news about the company, benefits for employees and other information were published. Another Hexacta´s team dedicated to provide documentation for ordinary use in the company like manuals, procedures, prices and so on.
Also, there was a custom site for each department.
