Brief description of the company
Schandy is born as a family business in Uruguay (1948) and today is a company of various activities (Marine, port and logistics), very important in the region. A few years ago, it is associated with OVERSEAS, a leading Latin American groups in this type of service.
The challenge
- Integrate geographically distributed systems with a high workload
- Interact with teams in India and Chile, and Uruguay.
Solution
A number of services were implemented for integration between systems. A logging system that records all calls and errors of this integration was also implemented, allowing the complete audit trail of all actions. The team worked to ensure performance aspects in the tuning for the high demand of calls.
